If you've experienced a water leak and are seeking an adjustment on your utility bill, we have a form available for you to complete. Please note that to qualify for a leak adjustment, the leak must meet all specified requirements outlined in Resolution 24-04. If these requirements are not met, you will not be eligible to apply for an adjustment.
We encourage you to review the eligibility criteria carefully before submitting an application. Once you have completed the form and gathered all necessary documentation, you can submit your request via email, mail, fax, or in person at the Water District office.
