Dear K-GB-LB Water District Customers,

The Oregon Health Authority has advised the K-GB-LB Water District to inform our customers about our recent service line inventory. We utilized multiple methods to accurately identify our service lines. Our process included reviewing county tax lot assessor data to determine the year of infrastructure construction. As required by law, structures built after 1987 are mandated to use piping materials other than lead.

In addition, our staff conducted on-site visual inspections of all meter and service lines using the District’s Geographic Information System (GIS).

Once this survey was concluded, it was found that all service lines in the K-GB-LB Water District are non-lead.
